Shipping & Returns
All orders ship via Australia Post within 1-2 business days. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 1 week of placing your order, you can contact email@example.com for a status update. Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs + fees.
Please be sure to triple check your address as Issyco Candle Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship.
Please note that Australia Post may also be experiencing delays with delivery, therefore we are unable to offer any expedited shipping options at this time.
Please be aware that Issyco Candle Studio is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to Australia Post. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the carrier.
We regret that we do not offer shipping directly through our e–commerce site. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any enquiries. In the meantime feel free to look around issyco.com!
At Issyco Candle Studio, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact me at email@example.com with a photo of the damaged product + shipping box (if applicable) within 48 hours of receiving.
If a return is accepted: All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Any packages sent back to Issyco Candle Studio, without direct contact from me stating to return the item(s), will not be accepted and the package will be returned to sender.
